Right of Reply by Petar Dyulgerov Regarding the “Millions Behind the Scenes” Investigation
In connection with the Anti-Corruption Fund’s investigation “Millions Behind the Scenes: How Public Procurement in Cultural Institutions Is Rigged,” we received a request for a right of reply from Petar Dyulgerov, manager of Crypto Energy Ltd.
In the investigation, Crypto Energy Ltd. was identified as one of the companies that won public procurement contracts in procedures where irregularities and breaches of tender requirements were identified and analysed.
