The Anti-Corruption Fund (ACF) is an independent civil society organization registered as a public-benefit foundation in the Republic of Bulgaria. The organization investigates cases of corruption and abuse of power through independent journalistic investigations, legal analysis, and public presentation of verified facts.
ACF’s work focuses on uncovering corrupt practices at the highest levels of government and within key public institutions. In its investigations, the organization relies on information from public registers, official documents, court rulings, and reports of irregularities submitted by citizens.
ACF combines investigative journalism, legal expertise, and civic advocacy. The organization publishes the results of its work in the form of journalistic materials, reports, and legal analyses that are accessible to the general public. When evidence of violations is identified, ACF submits signals to the competent authorities and monitors their subsequent actions.
