Right of Reply by Ivan Sotirov Regarding the “Millions Behind the Scenes” Investigation
In connection with the Anti-Corruption Fund’s investigation “Millions Behind the Scenes: How Public Procurement in Cultural Institutions Is Rigged,” we received a request for a right of reply from lawyer Ivan Sotirov.
The names of Mr Sotirov and his son, Kristian Sotirov, appear in connection with the organisation of the public procurement procedures examined in the investigation, both as external experts who prepared the tender documentation and as members of the committees that evaluated the bidders’ proposals.
