The Anti-Corruption Fund won a case against the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA)’s refusal to provide information on animal waste incinerators. With a decision from December 18, 2019, the Sofia City Administrative Court revoked the BFSA’s refusal to provide access to public information.
