Dnevnik: the court ordered Ananiev to publish contracts for masks and respirators with China

The Sofia Administrative Court repealed the Minister of Health Kiril Ananiev’s tacit dismissal and obliged him to answer the Anti-Corruption Fund’s request (ACF) to publish the two agreements worth millions of EUR, concluded with the Chinese National Farmaceutical Company, announced the ACF press center. “It is in the public interest to have the most detailed information on the case in question. It would ensure the transparency in the spending of public funds and the accountability of the indebted entities,” the judge said in his decision. It is final and cannot be appealed. However, the Minister of Health has not yet fulfilled the court’s decision, according to the Anti-Corruption Fund.
