Dimitra Voeva has graduated with an MA in Political Science at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Currently, she is a PhD student and works on a dissertation on the following topic: ” The Democratic Mask of Political Engineering: Amendments in Electoral Rules in Bulgaria (2009-2021)”. Ms. Voeva has 4 years of experience in a company for research and consultancy. As a project manager, she has conducted qualitative and qualitative research on different topics such as political attitudes, program evaluation, business surveys, etc. She has experience in electoral administration and currently works as an expert in one of the Regional electoral committees in Sofia. Mrs. Voeva is a former scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and ex vice- president of Konrad Adenauer Club Bulgaria.
