Mario Rusinov on election technology and the purchased vote

Voter turnout in at-risk polling stations has fallen with the introduction of machine voting, according to a study of the Anti-Corruption Fund.
“The polling stations most at risk from controlled and purchased votes are in places where the population is marginalized, where it is poorer and less educated,” political analyst Mario Rusinov of the NGO, who compared the data from several parliamentary elections, told Radio Shumen.
Days ago, the National Assembly passed the first reading of a decision on mixed voting, which brings back paper ballots. It was backed by GERB-SDS, MRF, and BSP members of parliament.
You can listen the interview with Mario Rusinov to understand how this will affect the elections.
