Who is Georgi Todorov - Interim Minister of eGovernment
As head of Port Infrastructure until his appointment as transport minister, Todorov awarded the contract for the extension of the navigation channels of the port of Varna, worth BGN 393 million, without a tender. This happened after Ahmed Dogan acquired TPP-Varna and its adjacent port.
