The study examines the results of all parliamentary and local elections in the period from 2013 to 2019  in order to outline the size and impact of controlled and bought votes in Bulgaria. The analysis also identifies a list of sections at risk across the country, which experts presented in the form of an interactive map. The leading author of the analysis is Maria Karayotova, doctor of criminology.
