Svetozara Petkova

Svetozara Petkova is an attorney-at-law with Masters Degrees in Law from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and from the Warwick University in the United Kingdom. In the last 20 years, Ms. Petkova has been engaged in numerous rule-of-law and justice reform projects in Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Croatia, Russia, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. She has provided services to the World Bank (WB), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and a range of Bulgarian organisations.
