ACF presented the findings of its annual monitoring report "Anti-corruption institutions: activity without visible results."

On June 25, 2020 (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m., the Anti-Corruption Fund presented the findings of its annual monitoring report on investigations of high-level corruption “Anti-corruption institutions: activity without visible results.” “Seen through concrete facts in specific cases, the fight against political corruption in Bulgaria often seems not only unsatisfactory but also worrying,” concluded the authors of the report Andrey Yankulov and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Slavov.

The discussion was also joined by Filip Gunev, Chairman of the ACF Council, the investigative journalist Rosen Bosev, Atty. Alexander Kashumov from the Access to Information Programme, Boyko Stankushev, Director of the ACF, representatives of civil society organizations working in the field of anti-corruption and judicial reform, as well as representatives of state institutions.

The annual monitoring report of the ACF for 2019 “Anti-corruption institutions: activity without visible results” was prepared within a project supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation under the Rule of Law Program for Southeast Europe.
